I did the Firm Flat Abs video exercises again. Skipped the stability ball ones as I do not have one. They sure are harder to do after work. But I am determined to do this 3 times a week for 4 weeks.
Me? I have sought to be the best me I can be since I was a small child. When it got hard as a teen, I chose to help others to gain fulfillment and regain peace. Human potential is my inspiration... so much more is possible!
