Old Blogs and New Permaculture & Community Interests for 2020

Its 2020 wow!

Been a Long Time since I blogged on Blogger...

So where did all the blogs go?

Are they still online?

Heres what happened to make me even think of these old blogs from the early 2000s...

I got 10 weird emails from Aweber to a subscriber named TEST2007 using my main email. (it was me testing Aweber email message for subscribers).

These repeated emails were from an old Fortune5Minute blog (an aweber blooper-error caused email sends as Blog broadcasts). Curious, I went to find my old F5M blog here on blogger/blogspot. I found only 2 here; Inner&OuterHealth with some fun videos I found on YouTube and the one about Skype tools.

However I knew I had more blogger blogs. So I did a search for Fotune5minute and my name. And  there were the rest of my blogs on this other profile here.

A List of my Blogspot Blogs other there.

My blogs

What energy I had when I wrote instructions to Chat Moderators in my Skype Rooms!
Seems like another lifetime. I took a new direction offline and am helping good causes now with my online social skills now....

Permaculture and Community

I should write about my new REAL interests, Permaculture (Earth Care, People Care, Fair Share) and Intentional Community living and sharing resources and life together. Interested? Leave a comment.... I just might see it and get inspired.  Meantime, check out my new playlists on my YouTube channel here, I especially like Charles Eisenstien.  Ignore all the Skype playlists, they're all out of date now the MS took over and changed the OS on which Skype runs.

Abs 3rd time this first week

Good for me!

Even though Sunday is our busiest day of the week, and today was a whopper at 274 guests to feed, I came home and did my Abs exercise tape.

I wonder how many times I can do this tape before I have to return it to the library ... oh dear thats 11/06 only 5 days. Perhaps I can renew it again.

At least this one I am using and inspired to set some goals. Tomorrow I have to return one tape (DVD) that I renewed and never used: "Embracing Menopause - A Path to Peace & Power. Yoga for the Young at Heart - accessible Yoga for Every Body" featuring Susan winter Ward. I think its on "My List", at the Library so I can try it again some later time.

Its amazing when I do these Abd excercises, how I do not remember it being so hard. I hope thats a good sign ... like maybe I am working harder cause I am stronger (???) ... maybe.

So OK, I made it 3 times this first week, now I just have to do it at least 3 times this next week. I hope I start tomorrow (Monday)... to get a good start. I noticed this time, at the end of the tape, where she says if you do this 3 times for 4 weeks you will see some definition, she actually said 3 times "or more". hmmmm.... we'll see. I'll keep it in mind. I don't want to over do and quit before I make any encouraging progress.

1st week - 2nd session Abs goal

I did the Firm Flat Abs video exercises again. Skipped the stability ball ones as I do not have one. They sure are harder to do after work. But I am determined to do this 3 times a week for 4 weeks.

Firm Flat Abs Fast in 4 weeks

Its my day off, a Tuesday and I started a new work out video today. Its called "Firm Flat Abs Fast, See results in just 4 weeks!" It is a 45 min work out in 4 sections, based on yoga, pilates, standing and stability ball abdominal exercises.

I like that I can do one 10-12 minute section at a time, if time is at a limit. I also like that she, the instructor, Violet Zaki, explains HOW to get results in 4 weeks: do these excercises 3 times a week and you will see results in just 4 weeks.

Great! I have a goal.

She also suggested a fitness journal, so I thought I would go ahead and make a web log, aka a blog, to use as a journal. Shall I make a new blog? Wait! ... oh yeah, my Inner and Outer health blog here would make a great place to log my fitness goals and progress. (We will see if I really do take the time to log it, the important thing is to do the exercises). Right? .... riiiight.

I will tag these, fitness journal and .... hmmm some thing else, how about abs, and 4 week goal? I'll play with that. Then i can look up the lot of posts with those tags all together to see how they support each other, like a story, and hopefully and inspiring one. (wink to self)

I forgot I had this blog!

Is anyone following me here yet?

I found this as a suggestion from Google while filling out my new Google Profile here.
Check out my Google Profile and lets get in touch ok?

I also want to learn what this Google Reader can be used for. Anyone know?

I wonder if I should record my health things for myself here also.

Like...

I started hot flashes April 2009 after taking Dr Kumar's Supari pack
which I have now stopped taking... (my last period was June 2009 after a double in May).

Hot flashes go away when I do not get over heated... like when the waether cools down, which has been about the last few days now... as we enter Fall.

Thats all for now.
